Hi, I’m Jaclyn!
I bring my whole self into the therapeutic space, creating a place where you can show up fully as you. I lead with humanity, honesty, and a touch of humor, because I believe therapy should feel both safe and real.
My goal as a clinician is to help you engage in therapy with intention and purpose. While listening is one of my greatest strengths, I see my role as more than simply holding space—I’m here to challenge, reflect, and support you in moving toward meaningful change.
If you’re ready to take a closer look at the patterns that have been shaping your life (even if we start slowly), I’ll be here to walk alongside you, helping to bring clarity to what may have felt confusing or overwhelming.
My Specialties
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression and trauma. I love working with high achieving women and mothers struggling to reconcile a life of exceeding expectations with the unrealistic pressures of modern womenhood.
I do good work with men too, I promise!

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where healing and growth feel possible.
