  • After your first session is scheduled you’ll receive intake forms to complete online. Then, about 10 minutes before our session you’ll receive an email with a link to our virtual meeting room.

    During our first session, I will spend the majority of the time learning more about what is bringing you to therapy and learning more about your history. This session is a great time for you to ask any questions or share any concerns you have as we begin our work together. It is also an opportunity for you to determine if I am a good fit for you based on how you feel in session or my answers to your questions.

    After that first meeting, what we do and what we talk about will vary from session to session. But what you can expect is that we will meet for 53-55 minutes, moving at a pace that works for you.
