    I specialize in working with trauma from a person-centered approach, tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs. I am trained in EMDR and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), which allows me to integrate evidence-based practices with compassion and curiosity. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where healing and growth feel possible.

  • In our work together, I help you understand the patterns driving conflict, strengthen communication using Gottman strategies, and rebuild emotional and physical intimacy.

Pricing and Policies

  • Individual Counseling - 50 Minute Session: $150

    Couples Counseling- 55 Minute Session: $ 185

    A limited number of sliding scale spots ($80–$150) are available to support accessibility while ensuring high-quality, consistent care.

  • I am currently in network with Aetna in Colorado ONLY and out of network with all other insurance carriers.

    Paying out-of-pocket is a great option for people who want maximum privacy, confidentiality, and flexibility.

    I will provide a superbill upon request that you can submit for reimbursement to your insurance company if you have out of network benefits.

  • Payment is due at the time of service. I request 24 hours notice of any cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to full session fee.

  • I cannot guarantee coverage or reimbursement. Please contact your insurance carrier with questions.

    • Do I have out-of-network outpatient mental health coverage? Am I able to use these benefits for telehealth?

    • What is my out-of-network deductible?
